1.2. The policy is intended to be in compliance with current legislation, setting the main rules of data processing performed by the Service Provider, determining the order of responsibility necessary to ensure the legitimate operation of the Service Provider. 2. Extent of the Regulations

10 Liability rules
10.1 Illegal Data Management
10.1.1 The Privacy Commissioner will monitor protection of personal data, in terms of access to information in the public interest and the public disclosure of data were enforced.
